%%quote
''“My vision for Function is to publish the results of studies in the broad area of biological function, but rooted in a physiological basis. The studies must demonstrate real novelty, represent a step-change in knowledge and be rigorously executed with reproducibility in mind. A physiological or pathophysiological perspective will always be essential. We will look for clearly presented studies that are highly likely to make a real impact. The opportunity to curate top science in the broad and important area of biological function is truly exciting.”''
