* 2013 The Mayor’s Bristol Genius Award: a prize for exemplifying Bristol as a city that excels in ideas which have the potential to change lives for the better, awarded to the Urban Pollinators Project; Memmott was the PI on this project
* 2011  The President’s Medal, awarded by the British Ecological Society
