Wang Hui‘s research interests includes Chinese intellectual history, Chinese literature, and social theory. His recent publications include The Rise of Modern Chinese Thought and China’s Twentieth Century. While at IAS, he will be working on the position of the twentieth century in Chinese history, and the role of twentieth-century China in world history.\\
