History of the book:#

Some years ago, two scholars at INCHER interviewed Ulrich Teichler quite a couple of evenings. This eventually provided the basis of an auto-biographical book: Ulrich Teichler. Hochschulforschung, was sonst? Rückblick auf ein Wissenschaftlerleben. Gespräche mit Anna Kosmützky und Christiane Rittgerott (Higher Education Research - What Else? Retrospect to a Academic Life. As some colleagues deplored that text is only accessible for German-speaking colleagues, we took care for a somewhat modified version in the English language.

Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Ulrich Teichler, member of the Governance, Institutions and Policies: Education, Health and Welfare section of Academia Europaea since 1992, worked as professor at the International Centre for Higher Education Research at the University of Kassel (INCHERKassel) from 1978 until 2013.
