Balzan Prize 2013#

The 2013 Balzan Prize was awarded to three members of Academia Europaea: Professor Pascale Cossart (for Infectious diseases: basic and clinical aspects), Professor Alain Aspect (for Quantum Information Processing and Communication) and Professor Manuel Castells (for Sociology).

The Academy congratulates Prof. Cossart, Prof. Aspect and Prof. Castells to this distinction!
