Nomination cycle 2019/2020 closes on 30 April#

The extended deadline for nominations for membership to the Academia Europaea closes at midnight on 30 April 2020. #

Any nominations submitted after this deadline will be considered in the next nomination cycle 2020/2021.#

Dear members of Academia Europaea,#

In these unprecedented times: The Board of trustees have decided to extend the deadline for nominations for membership to the academia Europaea until midnight on 30 April 2020. #

Many thanks to all members who have already submitted nominations before the original deadline. But, we are conscious of the extreme pressures that scholars are now operating under and we hope that this extra time will allow you to nominate suitable candidates. The intention is still to try to make sure as many newly elected members as possible can come to the annual conference on in October.
