- 2016 Grant of € 1.150.000 from the European Research Council for the Joint Research Programme ‘Multilingualism and Minority Languages in Ancient Europe’, € 250.000 of which are granted to the Leiden research unit to carry out the project ‘Language contact and genetic relationship in pre-Roman North-West Anatolia’ (co-applicant; HERA - 15.029).
