Born 1940, Radom, lived in Warsaw 1941-1944, then in Cracow, Wrocław (1979-1988), Cracow and Sucha Beskidzka. Married 2 children, School (elementary and secondary) in Cracow, 1947-1958. Studies: Jagiellonian University, law 1958-1963, philosophy 1960-1964. Dr of law - 1968, habilation 1972 in legal theory and philosophy, professor in 1991.
