Mauro Zonta - Biography#

Mauro Zonta, born in Pavia in 1968, obtained his M.A. in “Classical Literatures” at the University of Pavia in 1991, and his Ph.D. in “HebrewStudies” at the University of Turin in 1995. Currently appointed as associate professor at the University of Rome 1, where he teaches 'History of Jewish Philosophy' and 'History of Arabic philosophy', he has obtained the Italian Scientific Abilitation to full professorship in 'History of Philosophy'. As an expert in the field, he has been invited to present his research in more than 115 national and international congresses, symposia, and scientific institutions.
