Research activity:
Establishing a research group and an active research program at the Chemistry Department University of Warsaw.
Development of new theories and computational methods in the field of electronic structure theory, theory
of intermolecular forces, relativistic quantum chemistry, and theory of exotic molecules (molecules containing
elementary particles other than electrons, protons or neutrons).

- Invited three times to deliver lectures during the International Congress of Quantum Chemistry - the main conference in the field, organized on the triennial basis.
Teaching:
Undergraduate and graduate courses in statistical mechanics, quantum chemistry and mathematical techniques
of physics and chemistry. Supervising numerous master theses and 12 Ph.D. dissertations
Organization and services:
Serving on numerous University, Academy, and Governmental boards, committees and panels.
Organizing several scientific conferences in Poland and abroad.
