Since 2008, when I established my own laboratory, I supported and supervised 13 PhD students and 27 post-docs. 90% of them have finished the experience in my lab publishing as co-authors at least one research/review article. 80% of them have also accomplished a first-author publication. Most of the scientists I supervised have or are pursuing successful academic careers (Professorships and Postdocs’s positions) or work in private sectors (Pharmaceutical companies, Industries, etc)
