Page's further career has been spent largely in Oxford and Cambridge, as detailed above, with travel abroad, especially in France, to pursue his researches. He has served on the following bodies:

In 1981, Christopher Page founded the professional vocal ensemble Gothic Voices now with over twenty CDs in the catalogue, three of which won the coveted Gramophone Early Music Record of the Year award. The ensemble has performed in Britain, France, Germany, Portugal, Spain, Italy, Sicily, Sweden, America, Israel, Poland, Austria and Finland. London dates until he left the ensemble in 2002 included twice-yearly sell-out concerts at London's Wigmore Hall. The ensemble gave its first Promenade Concert in 1989.
