Torben Magnus Andersen - Biography#

Professor Torben M. Andersen, Department of Economics and Business, Aarhus University. He has published widely on labour economics, public sector economics and the economics of the welfare state. He is affiliated to a number of research centres including CEPR(London) CESifo (Munich) and IZA (Bonn). Professor Andersen has also been extensively involved in policy advice in Denmark, Norway, Sweden, Greenland and a number of other countries. Among other he has been the chairman of the Danish Economics Council, the Welfare Commission, and deputy chairman of the Swedish Fiscal Policy Council.
