Roberto Vivarelli#
Among his many publications, Roberto Vivarelli was the author of the monumental work on the birth of Fascism "Storia delle origini del fascismo. L'Italia dalla grande guerra alla marcia su Roma" (History of the origins of fascism. Italy in the great war on the march to Rome", published in three volumes in 1965. The third volume was completed in 2012. It is the most important and detailed historiographical work ever produced on the five-year period 1918-1922, based on research and analysis of documents which lasted over half a century. The volumes meticulously analyze the political and social causes of Fascism.
